Electio Sauvignon Blanc is a dry white wine that stands out for its pronounced aroma, with nuances of cassis, ripe gooseberry and passionfruit, supplemented by hints of grapefruit and pineapple. Elegantly straw-colored, dense and mineral on the palate, this wine finishes with a long memorable aftertaste. 

It is best served chilled at a temperature of 10-12°C and perfectly paired with cheese and fish dishes.
