Electio Merlot is a dry red wine that stands out for its pronounced fruit and berry aroma, with nuances of cornelian cherry, mulberry, ripe cherry and blueberry, complemented by hints of blackberry and creamy undertones. It is flavorful and well-balanced on the palate, with smooth, silky tannins and a long, exquisite aftertaste. 

It is best served at a temperature of 16-18 °C, and perfectly paired with mutton, poultry and cheese.
