SAUVIGNON BLANC – WHITE WINE

Bodegas Fernando Castro is a family-owned winery founded in 1850 in Santa Cruz de Mudela, Spain. It is one of the oldest wineries in the region, with around 380 hectares of vineyards located around Finca Los Altos. The winery combines modern techniques with traditional methods, producing a vast range of wines, and has won a lot of prestigious international competitions.
Produced by Bodegas Fernando Castro, Viña Lastra Sauvignon Blanc is a dry white wine from the Valdepenas region in Spain. This wine features a pale-yellow color that is bright and clear. It presents a powerful and complex aroma with notes of tropical fruits. On the palate, it is flavorful, meaty, and well-rounded.
It pairs wonderfully with all types of seafood, soft cheeses, and even desserts. The ideal serving temperature is between 8°C and 10°C.
