The vineyard’s 18 hectares, featuring vines with an average age of 25 years, combined with Bordeaux’s distinctive terroir and Bourg sur Gironde’s maritime climate, all contribute to cultivation of grapes with intensely concentrated flavors.
This allows Château Saint Paulin to produce high-quality, nuanced wines, which are fruit-forward and well-balanced, retaining the family’s heritage and traditional values of Bourdeaux winemaking.
