CARMELA SEMI SWEET SPARKLING WINE – RED

Bodegas Fernando Castro is a family-owned winery founded in 1850 in Santa Cruz de Mudela, Spain. It is one of the oldest wineries in the region, with around 380 hectares of vineyards located around Finca Los Altos. The winery combines modern techniques with traditional methods, producing a vast range of wines, and has won a lot of prestigious international competitions.
Produced by Bodegas Fernando Castro, Carmela Semi Sweet Sparkling Wine is made from 100% Moscato grapes grown in Spain. This white wine features a pale greenish-yellow color that is clean and bright. The aroma reveals natural notes of fresh grapes, with subtle hints of dried fruits.
It pairs well with appetizers, seafood dishes and desserts. The ideal serving temperature is between 5°C and 8°C.
