This blend is a trilogy of Chile’s 3 most emblematic varieties of red grapes – perfectly integrating the fresh red fruit aromas of Merlot, in harmony with the spice of Carmenere and the power and structure of Cabernet Sauvignon. These pristine grapes are grown along the Claro River in Chile’s Central Valley.
This powerful blend has a dark red hue, with a bouquet of complex spice and blackberry. Layered black fruit and a balanced mouthfeel provide gravitas on the palate.
This wine is Matured in Clay Amphoras, which is an ancient technique of wine-making. The wines fermented and aged in amphora evolve slowly and have a deep, rich texture and preserved flavors and aromas. They also have more minerality, and taste more earthy, less woody.
